[PC-EU] Error 307

I was learning alchemy ingredients by crafting potions and get disconnected with error 307. I can log into NA with no problem, but continue to receive error 307 when trying to log into EU server.
This NEVER happens on NA server (and I've done it with 18 characters). ZOS, you ought to be ashamed of yourself as a company. It's embarrassing. Not sure why EU puts up with your nonsense.
