This is the error I am getting whenever I try to swap one of my slottables. It was actually called out during the PTS at https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/7126305/#Comment_7126305

Edit: No addons were used in the making of this lovely error.

Edit 2: I "cleared" the second armory setup, and it fixed it. It seems as if there are multiple setups in the armory, that you can not swap slottables. I put another setup in, and tried it again, and got the error. I removed it, and it started working again.

In this picture, I am trying to swap Meticulous Disassembly with Homemaker. Error occurs when I hit confirm.

Discard changes. It needs you to put points into skills and confirm, before moving the skill into the equipped slot.

If that doesn't do it, maybe some new bug related to the armory.

I did, that's where it is asking me to confirm the swap, as that is where it showed the error

I am also getting this bug but I am not even trying to move slottables. In the crafting tree I am just trying to add 1 more point to Gilded Fingers, which currently has 20 points. When I try to add one more point I get the error "This ability cannot be purchased until an adjacent ability is purchased."

The only adjacent ability is actually maxed out.

I have even tried, reducing everything to zero in this tree and then reassigning but I get the same error.

Not sure if this will help anyone else, but looking deeper into my problem, I am thinking this is an Armory problem.

Even though it was the Craft line I was trying to assign a point to, I decided to take a look at the other trees and found that the Fitness skill line had additional slottables maxed out. These were NOT slottables I had chosen, but look like they would have been assigned to my Healer profile in the Armory.

So I zeroed out everything in the Fitness tree, and then reassigned the amount of CP I knew I would "legitimately" have, then saved. This left me with an apparent 72 more CP I could have spent. I then logged out and back on again, check my skill trees and now everything looked just right. The 72 excess CP were gone.

Only annoying thing is that I had to spend 3,000 gold to fix it and will have to do the same for my Vamp profile. I am okay with doing that as a one off, but sure hope the problem does not present again, otherwise it will get expensive.

Hopefully whatever has caused this glitch will be rectified.

After High Isle's release, this is now an issue I'm experiencing, except, unlike the solutions listed above... I'm *not* able to get it resolved. Resetting my CP only left me unable to commit any changes, and swapping to another armory build, all of them, in fact, did the same thing. Submitted a ticket, but I've not yet heard back.
