I'm not sure, but isn't this usually the case with major dlc updates?

I'm not sure, but isn't this usually the case with major dlc updates?

Yup, it definitely is. I've gotten to the point, that I joke about it being my favorite mini-game of ESO, "spot the conflicting addon", and I usually narrow it down to a couple that haven't yet been updated. I can then either disable or work around them, and I reach out to the authors. Most of the time, they get things back in place and running properly within a day or two.

On the other hand, I've been struggling to get the update downloaded today. I don't usually have an issue, but it slows to a crawl about 20% in. That used to be the norm for me in the past, but not lately with a newer system and high speed internet.

nothing works for me as expected.
wayshrines are dead
so after hours of game maintanance I need to spend couple of days figuring out which addons I must delete which must be updated and how many new ones I have to learn to use.
Until next major patch as devs doesnt bother to keep basic standards and ignoring 3rd party solutions which makes their game playable

Husband and I started update at the same time. Mine went fast like normal, his is still at 20%. Really strange.

Ok so AUI has apparently problems,
the only addon which works for me and not blocking wayshrines is master merchant and suppress error messages.

Anyone else can't even start the game from the launcher? I click the "start" button and nothing happens.

I am very glad they finished early. For many everything seems to be working just fine.

If you are having issues I recommend you first check your graphics card and make sure it's up to date. I know from personal experience that a pending update can cause ESO to crash.

Secondly I'd disable all addons, at least until the authors/creators have made updates.

Thirdly perhaps running a repair would fix things.

If you are still having problems it might be best to just contact ZoS and submit a support ticket.

Disabling CustomCompassPins from libraries seems to fix my ui.

I'm using bandit tho.

It’s installing really slowly for me right now and even making it so I can’t do anything else on my computer! This is the first update where I have had a problem like this, and my gaming laptop is only 4-5 months old! It’s crawling at 22%!

I was at 22% for a bit few minutes later it was at 100%.

At the top of the messages window, on the launcher, there is an Options drop down menu, Repair being one of the options.

The numbers are ticking down quite fast, but the blue bar isn’t moving. That’s probably what will happen though, it will just shoot to the end really quick all at once. So weird.
