Character Creation: No Default Chat Colours

Hi, I created 3 new characters.

Number 1 and 3 are fine, number 2 has no default chat colours in: Settings, Social

Is there some way I can manually correct this even by copy/paste from another character.

Edit: I just looked at the image I posted and saw a "Defaults" button,, never noticed this before.

I will try this when current patch maintenance is over
