Neither my wife nor I can log into the NA server. We have internet connectivity and even rebooted the modem and wireless router. We both get:

We are aware and are currently investigating the issue with some players not being able to login to both the North American and European megaservers. With that being said, since there is already a thread opened on this subject, we're going to go ahead and close this one down.
