The upcoming changes to Bash for general combat...(cool down, cost, damage scale)...sound dandy.

But any effect on One Hand and Shield - Power Bash? Shield Charge - is that a bash?

Power Bash and Shield Charge are skills and both scale off weapon damage and max stamina.
