Computer Lag when Alt+Tab

Simply put, tabbing out of the game results in my computer slowing down to a crawl. This was never an issue on any patches before Blackwood. I recently returned and this is just happening all day long. On top of that, tabbing back IN the game results in weapon swaps and skills just not working for a solid 30 seconds. Literally can't do anything other than run around until it decides I'm allowed to swap bars again. That is if it doesn't just swap the skills and stance, using 2 daggers as if they were an invisible bow. (WTF)

My specs aren't all that, but they are above the minimum AND recommended specs, and I've literally ran this game 100% fine up until Blackwood.
