It's actually been 'playable' since Blackwood released, assuming you met Ylahizu the Magnificent and got lucky.


Pity that was only in a temporary polymorph, but we can see that it's working. I have no clue why ZOS is torturing us by not releasing it, or Short Mussed Wave. Those two hairstyles have been at the top of all requests for the last five years, and ZOS just isn't listening to anyone.

At least SMW is in the files, and has been since the beginning? I haven't found the datamined info for Velsa's yet, but I'd love to start calling that by its actual name.

...of course I'd love even more to buy them, but us asking ZOS to release hairstyles for us to buy them feels a bit like

When you find out, you will know why so many other hairstyles are in the game as playable, but never were made available to players.

And yes to the gif, totally feels like they hate money sometimes.
