Vampire - Invisibility While Sprinting

I've been working on a Vampire character off and on for a while. I was just able to unlock and purchase the passive skill which allows for becoming invisible when sprinting. It says if I sprint continuously for six seconds, the character becomes invisible. While testing it, I can't see any change. From my perspective the character remains visible. Does it only become invisible from the perspective of other players?

You need to be stage 4 for it to work.

You need to eat people to activate it. Long gone are the days vampires got all their passives unlocked at all times. Shame to because you had to feed to lower your weaknesses. Now you feed to get weaker but turn on your passives.

As someone said above you have to be stage 4 for it to work like that, I know as I was the same as you when I first unlocked it.
