half the npcs in craglorn don't respond to the other npc's dialogue

is this bugged or is it my game files? for weeks i've noticed that the breton or imperial guy who is supposed to talk to the argonian guy in the middle of belkarth doesn't respond to the argonian anymore. the argonian says all his lines, but the imperial says nothing. one of the merchants near the wayshrine doesn't respond to his female npc's dialogue either

There's a same issue occuring in Mournhold as well, the conversation between Amihild Last-Child & Ferdyn Beran only plays Amihild's voice lines.

I've noticed issues with some of the dolmens, where Molag Bal's voiceover is either extremely delayed-- for instance, once I finally heard it while riding away after looting the chest at the end-- or missing completely. But on other dolmens it's fine.

Also, the cinematic no longer plays for me, and the opening credits are completely blank for everything up to "havok."

EDIT/Update: On a hunch, I just changed the new "multithread" option to "off," and now the opening credits are playing normally, as is the cinematic.

i have multithread off. i had turned it on a while back, but i noticed upon exiting the game that it would do strange things. multithread didn't seem to be making a difference with my performance in-game anyway, as i was getting good performance before they introduced it

and the dolmen voiceover delay...yeah i've noticed that too, but it usually only happens when i'm dolmen farming
