Hardware issue or ESO bug?

Can any of you smarter folks tell me if this is an issue with my PS4 controller, or just ESO bug? Been getting slow movements; seemingly to be about 1/4 speed of what it should be during normal foot and mount movements. Been noticing this issue coming about here and there these past couple of months or so. However, it has been more prevalent and constant with this witch event. Annoying and poor performance going on. Just so slow and taking more time just to get somewhere.

I'm hoping it's an issue with ESO, and the good folks at the ZOS lounge are aware and hopefully will soon address it. On the latter, if it is my PS4 controller issue; I can't seem to DIY fix it. I would hate to have to buy another replacement. PS4 controllers are just so freaking expensive.

Anyone else experiencing this slow movement issue on PS4 (or any other platforms for that matter) more recently during this witch event? Can this be that FPS issue thing a lot of folks have been complaining about?

All right, nevermind.. Played another game and my controller is working fine there. Thank goodness. It's this witch event that dragging arse. Didn't experience this slow stuttering movement issue during Blackwood event either. This year's witch festival is becoming a big drag.. ha ha *sigh*
