Bots are enjoying the event, but real players cannot login

The servers have about a thousand bots online NA… but real players are out in the cold…. Queue time to log in, but even that times out…

Isn’t it time Zenimax dealt with the bots and catered to us paying multiple monthly subs per household?

Same, I'm having the exact issue. Can't login at all. Tells me "Unexpected internal error" or "Connection has timed out" or "Player is already logged in"
