Witches Fest Crowbone bugged?

Playing on high end PC NA. I died twice. On second try, Crowbone reset (health bar suddenly back up to 100%). on Third try and beyond, Crowbone did not reset to the center of the stage. When I finally defeated him, he was not lootable. The body disappeared. I went to the portal to get out/back to quest turn in and it wouldn't let me leave. I clicked the exit and ... I was right back in the Crowbone area WITH the boss reset to 100 and in the center. In order to leave, I had to port to a WayShrine and walk to the turn in. Turn in worked.
