An error with the definition of the alliance to which my character is attached

The problem is as follows. I played for daguerfall (blue), then changed the alliance to dominion (yellow) and noticed a number of faults that are only in the imperial city: 1) The story quests of this location - the first task was not completed, although the rest of the tasks were completed, including the final one. As a result, the map reflects 7 storyline tasks out of 8 tasks completed. 2) When I do daily quests in the areas of the imperial city. I usually take them all and start doing it, then I go to hand over the telvars to the sewer and when I need to go up, the stairs leading upward do not reflect the current tasks. (I mean such white icons indicating where I need to climb - an area where there is still an uncompleted task. 3) If I am in a group, then the icon in which area the leader of the group is located is also not reflected on the stairs.
Possible reason: I completed the first storyline quest for BLU and my character, even after changing the alliance, remained tied to blue and my white icons are reflected in the BLU base, and not in the Yellow base
