Easiest consumable crafting without craft bag?

I have 70 slots free in my inventory and I am looking for a new line of profession to make money in. I have never done consumable writs after the first few hours so the levels are all pretty low (single digits). I intend to craft stacks of 2 or 3 particular items regularly and sell them on the guild store. Considering the space I got, which among alchemy, enchanting and provisioning will be the best balance of time spent (gathering as well as levelling) and gold earned?
