UI Voice Chat Error making the game utterly broken and unplayable.

Server/Platform: PS5 NA AND EU

So, I'm exited from all chats, including area... but this happens all the time. Basically the UI Voice Chat error overlay will pop up every 3 seconds. In this video I'm in group chat in a dungeon, but it wouldn't matter if I was or was not in the chat - the UI error remains the same. You have to "x" out of it - and if you don't, then another appears invisibly over the top and you'd have to "x" twice... so if you leave the console for a few minutes... you'll be having to hit "x" about 50-60 times to clear it...
If you're caught holding block and you have to hit "x" you'll dodge roll (costing stamina) - which makes tanking practically impossible.
/reloadui doesn't fix it. It will go away for about 30 seconds, and then return. Right my game is unplayable... I mean... totally unplayable. I've shutdown, restarted app, reloadui, deleted stored game data, reinstalled, hard wired, unplugged/disconnected all accessories (leaving only the controller connected) and even tried a different console. Same issue.
@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_BillE I need help pretty quickly if possible... this event is about to be a total bust for me.
