Can't heal after respawn bug

Encountered a weird bug yesterday. Xbox series S on the NA server.
So I died to slaughterfish and went to respawn at the way shrine. I respawned with 40% health, so I used rapid regeneration to heal. While it was healing without thinking I went into the way shrine menu and fast traveled to my next location before it was finished healing me. Bug occurred when I loaded in. Loaded in at 92% max health and couldn't heal back up the rest of the way. All of my healing spells were doing nothing as if I was already at max health but my bar showed me at 92%. Relogged and when it finished loading back in I was back at full health and was able to heal as normal.
