It has an adaptive tone-maper on. So even during bright days, it won't be too bright or too dark.

I Will share it tomorrow on sfxthelazy website.... that's its actual name...
Calibrating individual color vibrancy, saw some maps have way too bright colors.
But each map will look different depending on its color scheme.

Tried your preset, game looks very different, also much brighter.

Update: Tooled around and found some different download options. It's the Install Help on their website that is a bit borked.

Like the colors. Skin looks a touch washed out under the new settings. Backgrounds though, rich and easier on the eyes.
