stolen items are not double gold in event now on

i took a load of stolen items and sold them at a fence and they only give the normal amount of gold i thought it was double gold from all sources during the event

ZoS could simply *not* convince the NPC merchants and fences to go along with it.
"So I give them twice as much gold as the item is worth? What do *I* get in exchange?"
