Spooky season is here, so let's have a spooky feast! Lay out some grub, or grubs, fit for a big party.
Ooky, spooky, creepy, crawly, deathy, Halloweeny--have fun making some creative foods!
Spooky Feast entry deadline
Friday, October 29, 3pm ET
All entries will then be loosely screened off-stream and narrowed down to top ~16
Spooky Feast Top 16
Saturday, October 30, 1pm ET
Streamed at twitch.tv/jhartellis
Creatively combining furnishings will be key to this contest. Probably best to build a bit vertically instead of flush against a table. Decorating the backdrop with spooky decor and spooky guests will also be appropriate though not the focus. Keep in mind that your entry will be judged largely on the best attainable vantage point if not otherwise designated.
Prizes: Top 6 creative entries will each get 500,000g on PC/EU or PC/NA! #7-16 will each get 100,000g
HOW TO ENTER:
Two ways to enter:
1) Send an in-game mail to @JHartEllis. Please specify that you are entering the Spooky Feast contest, and please specify the area of your entry if it's not obvious. You may include a BRIEF description if necessary to explain your build.
2) Message JHartEllis on Discord. You're welcome to join our Spicy housing community at https://discord.gg/Xm3mGDfDBy
Make sure JHartEllis has Visitor access for the tours. It is not necessary to set the submission home as your primary, and you do not need to be present. It will help with organization to enter early even if not 100% done. If you have EHT FX, publish them to the community or mail them in-game to JHartEllis
If this is your first month participating, I recommend checking out contest recaps from prior months at spicyeconomics.com
PRIZES:
There will be six big winners, and winners can be on PC/EU or PC/NA. Prize winners will be determined based on creativity, beauty, fun factor, and screenshotability. All other entrants will receive small participation prizes.
There will also be prizes for Twitch chat participants during the streamed tours, such as ESO Stream Team codes or in-game items. Tune in for the tours, get some decoration inspiration, and enter for prizes! This contest, like all prior contests of mine, is not sponsored--support for the host is greatly appreciated.

Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis0 -
