3) receive by ingame mail hireling items with one character, also if they are from other characters hirelings (right now I have to change all my characters to receive hireling items by ingame mail)

Please consider Number 3, it is very important for the in-game quality of life. It is very very uncomfortable to change all chars twice a day to get hireling items from mail. I have spent a total of 15 skill points for each of my character to receive these items by mail, but it's very difficult to get them.

Having spent 15 skill points for each character to be able to receive these items, it is not fair that I should be enslaved to having to log in all the characters at certain times, not to mention that sometimes it is not possible due to maintenance or commitments, so the items are not withdrawn. I also point out that logging in and out of characters takes a very long time and a lot of patience

This problem is underestimated. Little is said about it, maybe too few are interested in Hireling? However, I feel the problem very much, I understand very well what you have said.
It is imperative that ZOS seeks to improve the quality of life in the game, and changing Hireling's system is just that. Unnecessarily switching all the characters one after the other to receive the Hireling emails clogs the system, especially if this is done every 12 hours.

Personally I wish we could get ALL our mails just logging on one character, I waste so much time every day going through 2 accounts, the worst are days like this we have an event going on plus maintenance so I have to wait for hours then go through my chars for mail. It's needless stress on the logon servers coupled with the occasional crash to desktop while changing chars (always annoying)
Since the skill points for hirelings are applied per character, it doesn't make sense for one character to receive everybody's materials.
The timing being a strict 12/24 instead of 10/20 or even 11/22 makes doing them with the dailies not viable if you want to maximize hirelings. If you have 3 levels but are ok with only getting one mail per day then yeah, that works, but if you want to get 2 per day it doesn't work unless you're dedicating your whole day to the game, because the time will shift too much. I doubt many players do 2 a day, because it requires logging in in the morning, doing a 10-30 minute rotation depending on number of characters and loading speed, and then doing it again exactly 12 hours later at night. Having them all be immediate on logging in once would still require dedicating every 12 hours to doing it, but at least wouldn't require the 1-2 minutes per character on top.katanagirl1 wrote: »I guess I assumed that most players who got hireling mail also did the crafting dailies as well on all those toons like I do.
Are there lots of players that just log in to get mail and nothing else?

For instance, they could see this as a way to make it so only one character can have a hirelings to help reduce the stress on the server and that character will be marked/tagged as your crafter with no other character being able to have them.
See similar type of changes in games when players wanted X and Y was delivered.
