How long does it usually take for twitch drops to be added to your collection?

Hey guys,
I was wondering how long it usually takes twitch drops to appear on your account. I was watching the stream and I claimed 2 crates and a pony pet. Nothing was added to my account despite the fact that on my twitch account it says my ESO account is linked and the rewards are claimed.

I don't care much about these particular rewards, but in the future it might be something spicy that I really don't want to miss out on.

It's usually put in the next time you log back in completely (app has to be completely closed). I noticed that even if I don't get a notification, I still get my drops. If not there, submit a ticket.

Strange. It's been a few days already and the drops are not there. I guess I'll post a ticket.

The pony should be automatically added to your collection menu under Non Combat Pets>Domestic it is called Niben pony or similar

I've claimed drops and been able to instantly minimize the Twitch in progress, log in and claim the rewards in game - just to make sure I got them while the Twitch is still. . . Twitching. So my experience has been pretty much instant after claiming on Twitch.

It used to take a good few days, but I got these ones instantly. Check to see if they've just been added (I didn't notice the announcement for the pony pop up but it was in my colllections) and then submit a ticket.
