ESO Logs won't open

Anybody else have an issue with ESO logs where it won't open. It loads to my toolbar, but then is just a white box.
I've removed it, and deleted all the registry keys I could find. Waited for a new version to come out and installed again and it still doesn't open up. It worked for a couple years prior then just one day stopped working.
