Morph of Flurry (Dual Wield Skill)

Hello, today i was in cyrodiil and maybe i saw wrong, but the dual wield skill, "bloodthirst" your morph that does bleed damage, is it not blockable?, because is a DoT damage (same color of dot damage)? Could you confirm? Someone can test this plz?
