[BUG] Magma Incarnate (Monster set) interrupts Psijic Meditate (Skill)

The Magma Incarnate (monster set) grants two BUFFS (Minor Courage and Minor Resolve) for a SINGLE TARGET HEAL. This works nicely for all skills except the Meditate skill (Psijic guild):
When a player uses the Meditate skill to get into MEDIATIVE STATE, as soon as the 1ST HEALING kicks in, the Magma Incarnate set is correctly triggered and grants the two buffs, but also INTERRUPTS the Meditate skill, so that the player unwantedly returns back into normal state.
I found this on PS4, it is likely to happen on other platforms as well.
