Can we at least get a "we're aware of the issue" response

I'm going to try to be as non-combative as I can but frustration levels are high.
Can we at the very least get a response of "we're aware of the issue" response when we post an issue especially in regards to xbox/playstation issues?
When PC has issues you're quick to respond and/or do a hotfix, however when xbox/playstation users have issues we can go days if we even get an acknowledgement and it can take weeks to get a fix to the issue if we even get one. I'm sure fixing pc issues is easier than going through and fixing console issues, however that doesn't mean we should be left out in the cold and in the dark wondering if you're even looking into the issue. Some issues are just annoyances however ones that prevent us from playing or logging into your game are ones we need to know you know about. Like constant dc/dashboarding is an issue we need fixes for and an acknowledgement that you know and are looking into it.

If you're referring to constant crashes and freezes since update 31, some PC players aren't doing any better--and we've yet to get an acknowledgment from ZOS as well.

It's beyond frustrating. Multi-threading isn't enabled, lower graphic settings didn't fix, disabling addons didn't fix, repairing and reinstalling didn't fix, AND I'm streaming music and video flawlessly even when the game derps, so I know it's not an internet issue-- it's server side on ZOS's end. Something about update 31 broke the game for some players. WHEN I can get the game to load, it crashes multiple times per hour-- sometimes within a few seconds. I've sent in literally DOZENS of crash reports from ZOS' own pop up window, and commented on several threads and even started one of my own about the issue. No response, no acknowledgment.

ZOS is keeping ALL of us in the dark.

I have wondered why we do not have a known issues list. I think I saw one shortly after the chapter dropped but it did not last long and we know there are known issues that Zenimax has responded to. We have to dig to figure out what they last said about it and that does no seem to be very customer-friendly.

Do you go look in the customer support threads?

Check when the last time they fixed the Mac client. It has been years.

Not saying consoles don’t deserve it, but they are not at all quick with fixes, are they?

Also, aren’t there additional permissions from Sony and Microsoft regarding console fixes/updates?

They did say last year they were only offering limited support for mac and they would be discontinuing it once enough people left mac servers.
