Problems with Books

The problems mentioned below persist with repaired application, no addons.
1. Laughing Moons Ledger - click and the E indicates that it has been pressed. However, the book does not open.
2. Many other books seem confused exactly where they are. Some appear, for example on a desk but are non intractable with until a game restart, not a reload.
Similarly, the glow of an unread book may appear below the object it is resting on.An it is still uninteractable.
After a quit and restart, that book may b "correct", but another one is faulty.
