Is the lead Pale Order's Golden Band - Nighthollow Keep still glitched?

Is the lead for the Pale order's golden band in Nighthollow Keep going to be fixed with the new patch 7.2? ( i have gotten it once but after that it does not appear again) Maybe I missed it but I saw no mention of it in the patch notes. Would sure love to hear from ZOS on this. They said they were looking into it months ago. Maybe I missed it so asking if anyone knows...thanks in advance.

if u got it once just reconstruct it only cost 25 crystals its way faster / more effektiv than grinding it again1 -

dvcod✭✭✭I know for some it has glitched after their first or second. I was there today and still could not get the lead again so for me it is still not working. Should be a fairly simple fix yet it has been months. Thanks for the reply....Jim0

When they nuked old leads from our accounts, they also nuked codex entries. If you lost part of The Pale Order ring, you'd need to collect the nighthollow piece another three times (six total) to repair the codex... which, can't be done.0 -
