Problem with the quick slots wheel

Hello,
Since a few weeks a game update have added the selection of items in the quick slot wheel via the numpad.
Problem, on my set-up, I put the quick slot on numpad 4. As a consequence, opening the quick slots wheel will automatically put the selection on the left slot of the wheel and prevent me from moving the selection anywhere else.
As I prefer to select items with my mouse anyway (after opening the wheel with numpad 4 as it is my go-to key for any "heal potion" in video games), I want to disable the control of the wheel via the numpad, in order to avoid changing the key combinations I have been using for years.
How do I disable this feature ?

✭i solve my problems with quick slots (when they all of a sudden change during a combat) with the Greymind Quick Slot Bar addon https://www.esoui.com/downloads/info258-GreymindQuickSlotBar.html assigning F6 - F9 to the most essential slots like tri-stats or other useful potions. At least it allows to select the proper thing qiuckslotted in a minute.PC EU0
