X/S patch fault

Shocked there is no info about this anywhere in here. My game on series x SHOWS the X/S label bottom left. It also had transfer arrows. Which I did to internal. It looks and plays the same. I mean obvs this is the old version still.
Also it tells me when I try to play “please make sure you’re fully patched…” but doesn’t give me any options in the manage updates part to download anything further as it tells me V125 is installed. Any ideas?
I have the updated on ps5 and it worked straight away with obvious updates in graphics. Thanks.
