Why s this. They are the correct alliance for the player that has them.

Pictures? There is a siege limit around keeps and they can only be placed on level terrain.

Are the characters that can't use them under level 50? Siege items at one point had a hidden level and could not be used by lower level characters.

For some reason about a month ago I had to redo the Cyrodiil intro quest again on a 7 year old character.
But I also could not pull quests from the bounty boards.

It must be a level thing as the character it level 47. Thx
