Twice Born Star - PVP only one Mundus active

I crafted a level 14 set of twice born gear and got "The Lover" and "The Thief" but only "The Thief" is showing as active in the Imperial Sewers. Is this set broken?

Which IC campaign are you in?

The No-CP one is no-proc as well, and TBS’ fifth piece counts as a proc for that purpose.

Proc sets are set that triggers underer some conditions (you will see a when in the text). Twice born is not a proc set and on the official non proc list from zos.

No CP - The set works fine when I'm out of PVP.

I'm getting the same response on both CP and N0-CP. Neither registers the 2nd mundus stone.

Twice Born Star is indeed a proc ("process," per ZOS) set and appears to be neither on the list of the original sets enabled in no-proc testing nor the current list of working sets in no-proc PvP, for which see here:

If it works in no-proc, that is as an exception to the official lists, not because it is on them.

Its not in the list of sets working in no proc from latest patchnotes.

Note that Caustic Arrow has benn taken of the list in the meantime. Now comes a big fat quote:
