skill points have disappeared and previously achieved skills can not be slotted. Have disabled all addons, reloaded UI and relogged, can not put any skills onto bar so can not play this toon at all. it was one i had not logged in for a while and did not have CP points allocated since the new cp system. I allocated points then could not use skills.
