EU servers seem to be stalling this morning.

Upon trying to log into servers earlier today I kept getting Error 301 over and over.
Tried logging onto US servers no problems there.
I have now twice been kicked and had all of these error codes 301, 200 and 102 on both occasions.
Again on both occasions I have logged onto US side with no issues.
Each time I went back to EU could log in again.
Anybody else having issues?
