Graphics totally messed up in PVP

Good morning,

nice day for fishing, ain't it?

Yesterday I got severe graphics issues while fightin in Cyrodiil - two times. I couldn't resolve this with Reloadui, I had to log out completely and log in back in. (I did not restart the client.) This happened both times right after we killed a Ballgroup on top of a keep. In both situations other players had their client crashed right when it happened. The blue areas in the screenshot is my edit to remove names, everything else is original. After the second time, I turned of Distortions and Sunlight Rays in the video settings, it didn't happen again, but we also didn't fight that ballgroup anymore.

I know of another player who had the same issues recently while we were fighting in the Imperial City. So if this happened to the both of us, I assume there are more players experiencing this. I've never seen anything like this in ESO or any other game I play.

I have a video of this happening the second time, but because I can't remove names etc. from that video I can't share that openly. If ZOS want to have that video, please contact me.

This was on PC/EU on Ravenwatch.

There could be an issue with your add-ons or with your settings leading to this texture issue.

Try removing add-ons as described here and see if the correct texture loads.

We also suggest deleting two settings files to ensure ESO is at it's default settings. To do so, follow the instructions below:
    1. Open up the Documents folder on your computer.
    2. Open the Elder Scrolls Online folder, then open the Live folder.
    3. Find the ShaderCache and UserSettings files.
    4. Create copies of each file, then delete the originals.
    5. Close everything and start ESO again.

NOTE: This will reset all in-game settings to their defaults. Please take a moment when you next log in to review the settings for the game.
