Eso has been removed from my libary on ps4
So idk if this is a sony or zos issue but my eso has been removed from my libary of games on my ps4 ( perchesed 6/2/2017 )

✭✭✭Sometimes it can remove some games from the library after a crash, rebuilding database, or replacing hd. Go under ps4 settings, account management, and select restore licenses. In the same menu there is also activate as your primary ps4 option. Hopefully it works out for you.
