Exiting Champion Points Screen Crashes Xbox Series X

About 40% of the time when I exit the champion point screen (after assigning a newly acquired champion point) the game will freeze and after about 8 seconds my Xbox Series X will *** down. Like I said this happens about 40% of the time now. Very frustrating.
