PS5 Barswap/Stamina Bug

So...there was a lot going on here.
Originally, it started with me being unable to directly port to a wayshrine. I tried multiple times. Then I barswapped a few times, and noticed that my stamina was going down for no reason. After that, I tried heavy attacking, and my dude basically started having seizures. Then, the stamina bar depletes entirely. Then, skills don't work.
Leave it to the Almighty Dodge Roll to reset things. I don't even understand what happens in this game anymore... It's just frustrating.
