I've been wondering about Hrothgarth's: Has anyone actually done the math to confirm that it is in fact ignoring battle spirit in some cases? Only reason I ask is because I was thinking that perhaps something else is going on - like maybe the effect is procing itself, thus bouncing back and forth between targets until it kills one of them? Just a thought, no real evidence other than the usual odd-looking death recaps.
Why are you surprised? They ignored the feed back on the pts, are you surprised they continued ignoring it here?

From what I can tell after looking at recount is that Hrothgar's Chill procs from ANY stun or immobilize on the player, not by a stun or immobilize from the player actually using Hrothgar. Not sure if this is intended but it seems to be how the set is currently performing.
