Symbol of Y'ffre Mythic Lead Drop Bug

Hello everyone. I am writing to report a bug with the mythic item "Symbol of Y'ffre" related to its drop rate.

As you can see from the image, I had this mythic, and simply neglected to scry it. Now that I would like to scry it, It has not dropped for me a second time.

Since I began this quest, I have solo'd over 150 world bosses in Greenshade, far exceeding the expected drop rate.

I have also invited others at various times to join me, to see how many bosses are required for the lead to drop for them. Here are the results.

Guest 1 -- lead dropped on the first boss kill

Guest 2 -- lead dropped on the first boss kill

Guest 3 -- lead dropped on the third boss kill

Guest 4 -- lead dropped on the second boss kill

Since then, I have killed another 30 bosses in Greenshade, and the lead has not dropped for me.

I opened a support case, and support told me that I just needed to try harder to overcome my bad luck. lmao.

I will be using this thread to post the CMX logs for every boss that I kill from this point forward to provide concrete evidence that I have been killing the bosses that I claim to have killed, without getting the lead. I'm not sure what other evidence I can provide, but I promise you, there is a flaw. This is not working as intended FOR ME but is, indeed, working fine for others.

Have you tried killing bosses with other characters on your account?
Yes.

Have you tried leads in others zones?
Yes. No problems so far.

Are you sure you don't already have the lead?
Yes. See the attached image. I need a new lead to replace the expired lead.

Have you cleared out other gold leads from the zone, just in case?
See attached image. I have no other gold leads in the Greenshade zone.

Have you run a repair on your ESO installation?
Yes. That did not solve the problem.

Have you tried disabling all addons?
Yes. That has nothing to do with the problem.

Are you mad because you didn't get the lead, bro?
No, at this point I am simply trying to illustrate that there is a problem. I have since stopped caring about the lead.

Are you sure you tried hard enough? Some drops are hard to get.
I have the Maelstrom inferno, medusa inferno, and burning spellweave inferno staves. I truly understand the long gear grind and the nature of RNG. The issue I am reporting is something quite different. It is a bug, and I require assistance from ESO to investigate and resolve it.

Did you really kill over 150 bosses with no joy?
Yes. Now I will take one hour per day and post the logs from those bosses. Anyone else who would like the lead, you are welcome to join me, and I will make a note of how many bosses it took for the lead to drop for you. HMU in game @mochafiend

Check the item listing itself in the Greenshade codex section to see if you already have the lead. The one with the 5 items set up side by side. The screenshots provided aren't very useful to help tell you if you already have it. It's very likely that you need 1 or more of the other pieces. It does say you haven't completed the full ring yet and you've found 1 Symbol of Y'ffre which implies you already scryed and dug up that particular piece of the wild hunt ring.

Note that while it says "To scry for this antiquity, find a new lead", that is what it says if you already have that piece. It's a very poor tooltip which should probably read "You have this piece of the antiquity. Find all 5 pieces to complete the item". That would be much more helpful and far less misleading.

Have you already finished one wild hunt ring? You can't get another lead to drop until you've acquired and dug up all five leads.
