Master bow no longer working in no-proc PVP

Arena Weapons

• Caustic Arrow: Fixed an issue where this set was not retaining its effects after bar swapping. As a result, this item set is no longer able to be handled by the server entirely, and as such will no longer work in no-proc environments.

So ZOS, you are telling us that your servers suffer from short-term amnesia and therefore you disable the weapon altogether? Seriously, how low can you go with your server performance?

That for sure is a lame change if I ever saw one.

It is indeed a very vague and ambiguous note.

It indeed reads like the server can't handle the fact that the effect is retained after bar swapping, and therefore, it is disabled in the no-proc environments.

It reads more like the calculations are not entirely server side with the fix, so the set acts like a proc now. Not that the server cannot handle it. Just that the server isn't handling every aspect of it anymore.

Master Bow was one of the more inexplicable and random sets that was working in No-Proc.
