Where can I buy or get prints to craft musical instruments for my house? I get treasure drops that I can't use as house items and though I found an old link (https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Parlor_Furnishings/Instruments) about crafting a Hlaalu gong and some other stuff but no one sells the blueprints and I don't have the thieves questline (I'm base game only with a couple of DLCs on the side but no eso+).

The gong and the Frog-Caller, Untuned(instrument but "musical" is a stretch) are originally gold plans from the Master Writ voucher Vendor.

Iirc there are 2 types of gong.

There are 2 gongs..... the Hlaalu one and an Elsweyr one both are plans from the writ merchant but they may be in the "packs" now rather than available individually.
