ZOS, Please Move The Imperial City Daily Quest Givers Inside The Alliance Bases

I feel like this request is pretty straightforward and that there's no real reason for the daily quest givers to be outside near the alliance spawn points in each of the districts as they are now. As it is, if I want to load up all 6 dailes before going down into the districts, I have to wait through 6 load screens and that weird bug that stops you from jumping areas if you've jumped too recently. Surely keeping these quest givers separated by load screens isn't helping server load. I'm really enjoying the IC overall, but I feel that this would be a really nice and simple quality of life improvement.
