There is a type of player-craftable poison that does not properly have its duration extended by this set (set effect is increasing all poison effects by 4 seconds).

This poison is the Traumatic Poison IX (applies 2000 points of Health Absorption to target for 10 seconds [this effect is properly extended by the set] and grants Minor Heroism for 6 seconds [this effect is not extended - but it should be, to 10 seconds of duration]).

The poison is crafted from using all three of the Elsweyr ingredients sourced from dragons.
