Plague Infected from Plaguebreak does not Critically Hit

The AoE damage (Plague Infected) from purging the DoT (Plague Carrier) from the Plaguebreak set does not critically hit. Thus far (in Cyrodiil) my recount shows 0 critical hits from Plague Infected. Not certain if this is intended behavior as the other new PvP sets can and do critically hit.

Proc sets haven't crit since around 2017, right?

That's why Malacath's Band of Brutality was such a strong item in PVP when used with Proc Sets because procs couldn't crit anyway and the increased damage wasn't covered by impenetrable trait gear.

Which new sets are critically hitting?

Proc set shouldn't be able to crit

Can you show those proc sets crit? Sounds like a bug which needs fixing.
