Does AY get activated by the jabs from a StamPlar Orc? Or is it by just the weapons (dual wield, dagger/dagger)?

    It's a channel though, so 1 sec equals one stack. Don't be fooled thinking it's 4 stacks in 1 second.

    For clarification - the tool tip says a stack possible every half-second - so would jabs proc faster than regular LA speed?

    Edit: or what about Flurry?

    Yes. Spamming jabs and dual wield flurry will both give you the max 10 stacks in 5 seconds. (Same goes for other similar sets like Tzogvin)
