How many years is leap going to bugged in Imperial City?

Shield charge is bugged as well. About 50% of the times I go there does it actual work. I'm guessing this is most targeted gap closers.

Not only that but we also cant use them in bg's..

I've only used shield charge in bgs, not leap. That one has been okay there for me. BGs is where I go when I get tired of Cyro and IC bugs/lag.

One weird thing is I never get shield charge issues in sewers. If I go top side its a coin flip if it works.
