Deeping Shadows , Clockwork city quest broken

Im working through this questline of the clockwork city and now i am stuck , as i have charged the canister but i am unable to interact with the charged canister. And pick it up to work the big robot. Main quest line. Deeping Shadows, i have restarted it 3 times this quest and each time the same

Now as its a main story quest it has halted my progress through the quest and also stopped me now getting the precursor which i was also working on. Require last part and its locked behind broken quest line


ZOS please fix asap
