Hope this will get resolved soon for you folks.

Think relogging characters is usually fine in these cases, if you crash or disconnect, you won't be able to log in again. It's the step before character select that is busted.

Same, I can log at PC NA, but Login Timeout at PC EU. I've been trying to log for almost an hour.

One email exchange per 24H is not enough for a correct support...
