Iceheart Arms Pack Returning Soon?

Hopefully I don't have to wait all the way to Winter or January. With the new Frost Staff buffs and Ice themed sets from the last two DLCs I've made a Warden Frost Staff Tank and would really appreciate this weapon style returning.

I would really like the iceheart to return. I want the frost crates and the frosty crafting set (sorry I don’t know the exact name) to return too. I’ve been looking every showcase to see if any of them are being released yet. My guess is it will probably be December though.

I wouldn't be surprised if they came back sometime in November or December.
